Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling

AFG does not sell Personal Information. AFG does not share Personal Information with third parties for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand Website traffic and usage, but We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, conversion-tracking tools, Meta pixels, LinkedIn Insight Tags, Google Ads remarketing, or similar technologies to serve targeted advertising.

AFG does not use Personal Information to profile consumers in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning a consumer, unless otherwise disclosed at or before the time of collection and permitted by applicable law.

We will evaluate and respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law and subject to applicable exceptions. A link to a third-party website or platform does not mean AFG endorses that website, platform, or the products or services offered through it.

SAFEGUARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION

AFG uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We restrict access to Personal Information to personnel, affiliates, service providers, vendors, and other parties who need the information for authorized business, legal, compliance, security, Product administration, claim processing, cancellation, transfer, refund, or related purposes. AFG regularly reviews its security measures and employee education programs to help protect information.

We review Our security measures and employee training practices periodically and use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Our business operations. When We disclose Personal Information service providers or vendors, We require them to use the information only for authorized purposes and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

No website, system, storage environment, or transmission method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of Personal Information. This Policy continues to apply to Personal Information We maintain after your relationship with AFG ends, subject to applicable retention requirements and legal exceptions.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Products and Website are intended for adults and are not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13). We also do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of children or minors for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
